Information you provide
The project enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service or project type, and message. Phone number and project location are optional. Your acknowledgement of this notice is also submitted. Do not include identity documents, bank details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information. We do not collect payment-card details or process online payments through this website.
Career applications and newsletters
When enabled, applications for published job openings collect contact information, relevant experience and a PDF résumé. Applications and résumés are stored privately for authorized recruitment review. Do not include identity numbers, bank details or medical information. Newsletter subscriptions require separate explicit consent and email confirmation; every confirmation email includes an unsubscribe link. Enquiries and career applications never automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Private storage and retention
Authorized administrators can review and delete enquiry, application and subscription records. Résumés are not publicly accessible. Security rate-limit records use keyed address hashes; audit logs record administrative actions. The supplied maintenance command can remove old records, but the company must approve retention periods and configure the hosting schedule. No automatic retention schedule should be assumed until configured.
How enquiry information is used
Information is used to respond to your request, discuss requirements, prepare or follow up on proposals, and maintain necessary business correspondence. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. If SMTP is enabled and delivery succeeds, an email notification is sent to the company’s configured inbox; when MySQL is configured, this application stores a private enquiry record for administrator review. Optional SMTP notifications are separate from database receipt. The site does not create public customer accounts. Email services may retain messages in their inboxes, sent folders and backups.
Technical information and security
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information and error logs for delivery, reliability and security. The form uses a short-lived server session and a CSRF token. For abuse prevention, the application records a keyed hash derived from the requesting IP address and submission timestamps, not the raw IP address, in a private rate-limit file. Records older than 24 hours are removed during form activity or the scheduled maintenance task. Email-delivery error logs generated by this application do not intentionally include form message bodies. Hosting and email logging settings need to be confirmed by the company.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off unless a provider identifier has been configured and you have opted in. The provided integration supports Google Analytics 4. If enabled and accepted, it may process page URLs, page titles, browser and device information, usage events, and approximate location derived from connection information. Form contents, names, email addresses and phone numbers are not intentionally sent as analytics events. Analytics page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Google and its service providers may process data outside India. See Google’s privacy information for its handling of analytics data. No analytics tag is requested before consent.
Sharing and third-party links
Information may be handled by hosting and email providers needed to operate the site and respond to you, and by analytics providers only when enabled and consented to. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or to protect against abuse. Clicking WhatsApp, social media, map, phone or email links uses an external service with its own privacy practices; these services are not embedded as tracking widgets. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention
Cookie preferences in local storage expire after 180 days. The form security session is configured for a 30-minute server-side lifetime; the associated browser cookie is a session cookie. Rate-limit records use a 24-hour window. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as needed for the enquiry, any resulting engagement, and applicable legal or accounting requirements. The company must set and operate a documented email and hosting-log retention schedule before launch; this implementation does not automatically delete messages from external email accounts or provider backups.
Your choices and requests
You may reject optional analytics, withdraw analytics consent through Cookie preferences, and contact prospectinfra@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to raise a privacy concern. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law, identity verification where appropriate, and any legitimate retention requirements. Withdrawing analytics consent does not affect essential security processing or the lawfulness of processing already performed.
Children and updates
The services and enquiry form are intended for adults acting for themselves or an organisation. Children should not submit personal information through the site. If information about a child has been submitted, contact us so it can be reviewed. Material changes to data practices require an updated notice and, where necessary, a renewed consent choice.
